Terms of Service
The rules that apply when you use League Garage.
Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of League Garage and its public website, accounts, league tools, racing records and community features. By creating an account or using an authenticated League Garage service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your account information reasonably current. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account. Do not create an account for another person without authorization or maintain more than one account for purposes of evading restrictions.
League Garage is not directed to children under 13. Users under 13 must not create an account or use the service.
3. League Garage services
League Garage provides tools for creating and joining racing leagues, managing seasons and schedules, recording race results, calculating standings, communicating with other members and participating in community features. Features may change, be added, suspended or discontinued as the platform develops.
4. League Owners
League Owners are responsible for configuring their leagues, schedules, scoring systems, rules and membership settings and for using those tools lawfully. League Owners are responsible for communicating league-specific rules to their competitors. A League Garage league is not itself a promise by League Garage that a league will operate fairly, remain available, or follow any particular racing or competition standard.
5. League membership and codes
League Owners may provide invitation or join codes. You may use a code only when you are authorized to join that league. Do not publish, sell, transfer or misuse another league's private invitation credentials. League Garage may invalidate or replace a code when necessary for security or league administration.
6. Community conduct
You may not use League Garage to harass, threaten, impersonate, defraud, stalk or unlawfully target another person; distribute malware or harmful code; interfere with the service; bypass access controls; attempt unauthorized access; or use the platform for unlawful activity. You may not submit content that you do not have the right to submit or that violates applicable law.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to rights you grant through your use of the service. By submitting posts, comments, profile information, messages, images, videos or other content, you grant League Garage a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure and provide the features you requested.
You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to submit it. League Garage does not claim ownership of your original content merely because you use the platform.
8. Racing records and league data
League Owners and authorized users may enter race results, scoring information and league records. Users must not knowingly manipulate, falsify or misuse records to deceive other members or compromise the integrity of league activity. League Garage may correct, restrict or remove records when necessary to address errors, abuse, security issues or an owner's legitimate league administration.
9. Intellectual property
League Garage and its software, branding, design, original text, graphics and other platform materials are owned by League Garage or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by League Garage, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer or commercially exploit those materials.
10. Third-party services
League Garage may depend on third-party hosting, email, infrastructure, security or other services. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices. League Garage is not responsible for the independent acts or failures of third-party services outside its reasonable control.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep League Garage available and reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, security events, technical problems, third-party outages or other circumstances. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features as the platform evolves.
12. Suspension and termination
League Garage may suspend or terminate an account or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the platform, respond to security or abuse concerns, comply with law, or address conduct that creates material risk. League Owners may also manage membership in their own leagues according to their league rules and applicable law.
13. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, League Garage is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for every particular purpose. League Garage does not guarantee the accuracy of user-submitted league information, race results, standings or community content.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, League Garage and its owners, operators, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims arising from your unlawful use of League Garage, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit when those matters cause a third-party claim against League Garage. This provision does not require you to indemnify League Garage where applicable law prohibits such an obligation.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are subject to applicable federal and state law. We have intentionally not included a mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or state-specific governing-law provision in this version because those provisions should be reviewed for the actual League Garage business entity, state of operation and launch structure before being added.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as League Garage develops or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
18. Contact
Questions about these Terms may be submitted through the League Garage Support page or by contacting contact@leaguegarage.com.
