Last updated: September 30, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to League Garage, including the public website and authenticated services for league owners and competitors. It describes our current information practices. It is intended to be read together with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you create or use an account, we may collect your first and last name, email address, password credentials in protected form, profile information, gamer tags and other information you choose to add. We may also collect information you submit through support and contact forms.
League and racing information. We collect information needed to operate leagues, including league membership, league-owner information, league codes, seasons, schedules, race results, standings, scoring information, league rules and related settings.
Community information. If you use community features, we may collect posts, comments, reactions, messages, friendships, friend requests, profile information, uploaded media and other content you choose to submit.
Security and operational information. We may process account status, email-verification information, login/security events, audit records and hashed network identifiers used for security controls, fraud prevention, rate limiting and protection of the platform.
Automatically collected information. League Garage currently uses a necessary server session cookie to maintain authenticated sessions. The application may also process ordinary server/request information needed to operate and secure the service. We do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising technology in this application.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and authenticate accounts; operate leagues, seasons, schedules, standings and race records; provide profiles and community features; send account and transactional communications; respond to support and other inquiries; maintain security; prevent abuse and unauthorized access; maintain audit records; improve reliability and functionality; and comply with legal obligations.
4. How information is shared
League Garage may disclose information to service providers that help operate the platform, such as hosting, infrastructure, email delivery or security providers, when reasonably necessary to provide the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process or a valid governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security or property of League Garage, its users or others.
League Garage does not currently sell personal information and does not currently share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes merely because you use League Garage.
5. Information visible to other members
League Garage is a community platform. Depending on your privacy settings and the feature involved, other members may see information such as your name, gamer tag, profile information, league membership, race results, standings, posts, comments or other content you choose to make available. Your account settings provide controls for certain profile, activity, friend and messaging visibility.
6. Email communications
We use email for account verification, password/account functions, transactional communications, security notices and responses to inquiries. Current League Garage mailbox roles are separated by purpose: donotreply@leaguegarage.com for automated transactional mail, admin@leaguegarage.com for administrative and security matters and privacy/security requests, support@leaguegarage.com for support, and contact@leaguegarage.com for general contact inquiries. Partnership, affiliate and sponsorship inquiries submitted through the public contact form are routed to partners@leaguegarage.com. The info@leaguegarage.com mailbox remains an internal general-information mailbox and is not presented as a separate public contact destination.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including operating your account, maintaining league and racing history, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, maintaining security and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods can differ by information type. Security and audit records may be retained for a period appropriate to the security purpose.
8. Security
League Garage uses technical and administrative safeguards designed to protect information, including protected password storage, authenticated sessions, request-forgery protections, security headers, rate limiting and security/audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your account and deletion requests
You may update information available through your account. You may also request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate reasons we may have to retain certain information. Some information may need to remain in backups, security records, legal records or historical league records for a limited period or where deletion is not legally required or technically appropriate.
To submit a privacy request, contact contact@leaguegarage.com with the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
10. U.S. state privacy rights
Depending on where you live and whether a particular state privacy law applies to League Garage, you may have rights that can include access/know, correction, deletion, portability, objection or opt-out rights, and rights concerning certain sensitive information or profiling. California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing where applicable, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and receive equal treatment for exercising rights. League Garage currently does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We will process qualifying privacy requests according to the law that applies to the requester and our business. If a state law provides a different request method, verification requirement, response period or exception, that law controls.
11. Children's privacy
League Garage is not directed to children under 13, and we ask that children under 13 not create accounts or submit personal information. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent under applicable law, we will take appropriate steps required by law, which may include deleting the information. Parents or guardians with concerns about a child's information may contact us at contact@leaguegarage.com.
12. Changes to this Policy
